Mike was appointed Head of Sales and Marketing, Australia in April 2012 and is a Director on BP Australia’s Board. Mike began his career with BP 25 years ago and during this time he has held a number of roles across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Pricing, Terminals and Joint Ventures. These roles have been located both locally and internationally. Most recently, Mike was Managing Director of BP New Zealand, based in Wellington from late 2009 to April 2013, where he was also a Director at the publicly listed New Zealand Refining Company and held four other NZ Directorships.
Gonzalo currently covers the Metals & Mining sector. Gonzalo joined J.P. Morgan in 2005, and worked for the Latin America M&A group in New York until he moved to the Melbourne office in 2010. During this time with J.P. Morgan, Gonzalo has managed and executed numerous M&A, debt financing and equity raising transactions, with deal sizes ranging from $150 million to around $4 billion.
Founder, Scuba for Change. Albert has over 15 years of private and corporate experience. Albert is Head of Overseas Portfolio for Medibank Private, Australia’s largest Health Insurance Company. In 2007, Albert co-founded Project New Dawn with The Salvation Army, a homeless-employment and housing initiative, the first project of its kind in Australia. Since 2007, the Project New Dawn has evolved to a national initiative enrolling major Australian companies and brands as partners and sponsors.
Deanna joined Telstra in 2014 and leads a team responsible for the retail, industrial and digital supply chains. Prior to joining Telstra, she was accountable for over $1.5 Billion operational and capital spend for the supply chain for mining operations for MMG in Australia, Africa, and Asia. Experience also includes leading on the development of a capital infrastructure development plan across the supply chain for Carlton United Breweries. Deanna has experience with multi-country complex negotiations on both the buy and sell side and execution of strategic transformation plans. Deanna was the founding President for the Western Sydney branch of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and a volunteer for over fifteen years supporting their work to grant wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.
Gregor is an ICT executive with 18 years of experience in professional services and consulting management, client engagement management and program/project management. Throughout his career, Gregor has been involved in various complex strategic organisation change initiatives in the organisations he worked, had active interaction with institutions such as CARE, IFC, USAID and other leading NGO’s in South-East Asia and was a founding Board of Trustee and Executive Committee Member of the Philippines – Netherlands Business Council. Gregor is an active member of Lions in Australia, focused on the local community of the Mornington Peninsula.
Phil Enright is a Health & Safety professional with over 25 years’ experience in ‘high hazard’ operational and leadership roles. Demonstrated skills mastered in the military and the oil and gas sector as a Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSSE) Leader, Crisis Manager and Senior Incident Investigator. He works nationally and internationally undertaking post incident investigations and training organizations how to identify, prepare for and manage incidents. Phil is also an experience Scuba Diver with over 1000 dives and a PADI Dive Master qualification.

Michael has worked in the financial services and wealth management industry for over 10 years. His career commenced in wholesale funding markets, managing a $250m portfolio for a privately owned origination business.
In 2008, Michael joined Commonwealth Bank and currently provides banking and investment advice to high and ultra-high net worth families. For six years running Commonwealth Private has been recognised by the Australian Private Banking Council as the most Outstanding Institution in the $1 to $10 million category.
